   3. Preference will be  given to candidates demonstrating financial need and limited access to educational resources.

   4. Candidates must express a commitment to completing the scholarship program and be available for the entire duration of the program.

   5. Selected candidates are required to contribute to the training by purchasing the course materials to demonstrate commitment and responsibility.

   6. Access to necessary technology, such as a computer or phone and internet, is required for program participation.
